Currently, I am working as a Branch Supervisor. The main task is to help manage the outlet as well as help the team appraise and evaluate customer’s items. Other than that, I also help to arrange shifts, create monthly selling invoices, and make sure everything in store is in order. Furthermore, I help with new staff training, check the invoices entries also conduct small meetings with the team members to gain feedback and share ideas.
The happiest episode was when I successfully bought a Rolex watch from a customer worth RM98,000. It was my first time purchasing such an expensive watch and I was extremely excited! The process of finalizing the deal was so thrilling. But I experienced a very smooth transaction with the customer since he is a very nice guy. It was such a joyful and satisfying moment and made me want to buy more expensive watches in the future.
