I’m in charge of the management and operation of Sincerite Aoyama, a marriage counselling agency in Omotesando. My main task includes creating a comfortable working environment for the counsellors, updating the website and creating marriage activity columns with the goal of attracting new customers. In recent years, the term "Hunting of Marriage Partner" has been spreading, and I believe that by spreading the word more widely, we can contribute to society by helping to curb the increase in single households.
It's always a pleasure to witness the marriage of two people who have met through the activities of Sincerite Aoyama. I have witnessed this many times, and I have always been so happy to have this opportunity to share my happiness. Also, when I receive news of a marriage or the birth of a child, it motivates me to increase the number of such couples! It's a great motivation for me. If they hadn't joined our club, they would never have met each other, and that makes me very happy.

I love to stay in my room and watch Netflix or play games, but what I enjoy the most is spending time with my family. Watching my two daughters, who are currently in the first grade and two years old, I am impressed by how much they are growing up every day. If you're a man, you'll understand, but I' m terrified now to think that one day my daughters might refuse to wash the laundry with me.

I think there are many criteria to consider when job hunting as you’re taking first steps into society. The company that I joined as a new graduate was strict, but it was a good environment that fostered a challenging and worthwhile spirit. No matter what kind of job or professional you have, society needs people who can think and act on their own. I am looking forward to supporting you in your job hunting activities so that you can realize the future you want to have.
